Self-compassion can be learned by anyone. It involves generating feelings of kindness and care toward yourself as a imperfect human being, and learning to be present with the inevitable struggles of life with greater ease. This weekend will provide you with simple tools for giving yourself the support you need whenever you suffer, fail, or feel inadequate. This prepares you to truly open your heart for others.

We all want to avoid pain, but letting it in – and responding compassionately to our own suffering – is an essential step toward living a happier, more fulfilling life.

In this weekend you will learn:

-how to stop being so hard on yourself
-how to handle difficult emotions with greater ease
-how to motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism -mindfulness and self-compassion practices for home and everyday life
